RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! Returns are only accepted under special circumstances. All returns have to be approved via email or by phone by Kerajes Pezaz LLC prior to being returned. If your return has been approved, you will receive an email from Kerajes Pezaz LLC with instructions on where and how to ship the item. All returns have to be made within 21 days from the receipt of your original order. If 21 days has passed you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind.  All approved returnable items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage by the customer. Most returns are only accepted if Kerajes Pezaz LLC ships the wrong item or makes a mistake on an order. Most items are one of ones and generally sell as collectables or keepsakes which makes most returns nonrefundable. The buyer is responsible for all shipping cost to return the item unless otherwise specified by Kerajes Pezaz LLC. Kerajes Pezaz LLC will issue a full refund of select items that can be resold. All custom items are non-returnable unless specified by Kerajes Pezaz LLC. Material and labor cost will be deducted from all custom orders with approved refund agreement which means all custom orders will only be partially refunded.  All other returns can be exchanged for a product of equal value or store credit.
