Online Store Terms:

Welcome to Kerajepezaa.com. Kerajes Pezaz and team provides products and services subject to notices, terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all terms and conditions in this agreement. please read them carefully.

Delivery/ shipping Policy Terms:

• We offer free USPS domestic priority shipping on Products over $50 (3-5 days).
• We offer free USPS priority express shipping on products over $500 (2-4 days).
• We offer local same day or next day shipping on select orders in the Baltimore Maryland region ($200 minimum).
• Products are shipped out on a daily basis.
• Any product ordered after 4:00 pm will be shipped the next business day.
• Products ordered on a Sunday will automatically ship on Monday.

Payment Terms:

• All money has to be paid in full before any product or service is dispatched.
• kerajes pezaz reserves the right to rebill and or cancel order of any returned payments or insufficient funds in customers bank account.
• kerjase Pezaz reserves the right to take legal action for any money owed and not collected 90 days after purchase of product.
• Kerajes pezaz does not accept payment plans or layaways for products or services.
•   We do accept down payment for upcoming classes and events which balance owed has to be paid a week before the event or course takes place.
• Deposits are nonrefundable (money goes towards supplies and time spent creating and or planning products and services).

Billing And Account Information Terms:

• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may in sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities per person, per household or per order.
• These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, billing address, phone number and or shipping address.
• In the event that we make changes to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via email, phone or the billing address provided at the time the order was made.
• We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, manufactures or distributors.
• You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
• You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Product Eligibility Terms:

• By visiting our website or accepting the terms, you represent and warrant to  Kerajes Pezaz that you are 18 years of age or older and or that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to and abide by these terms.
• We prefer you to be 18 years of age or older or have parental permission to use our site to purchase products and services.
• By visiting our site, you also represent to Kerajes Pezaz llc that you will use this website in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typos, errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
• We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Liability Limitation Laws:

• Without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Kerajes Pezaz does not warrant that the functions contained in the material will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that Kerajes Pezaz services or the material used to make the products are free of errors. You (and not Kerajes Pezaz) assume the entire cost of all necessary services, repairs or corrections.
• Kerajes Pezaz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Kerajes Pezaz is not responsible for items damaged due to negligence or misuse of products (each item comes with care instructions).
• A replacement item is only issued if product if damaged due to error of Kerajes Pezaz or the wrong product was shipped.

Repairs And Alteration Terms:

• Products are fixed and repaired upon approval.
• All Products being altered or repaired shipping cost are covered by the customer.
• Items get approve via email or by phone only.
• Additional fees vary depending on what needs to be done.
• All money must be paid in full before item can be repaired, altered and reshipped.

Disputes Clause Terms:

• Any dispute relating to an activity on kerajespezaz.com or the purchase of any Kerajes Pezaz products shall be submitted via email at (kerajespezaz@gmail.com) or to confidential arbitration in Maryland, United States unless you have in some way violated Kerajes Pezaz's intellectual property rights, whereby Kerajes Pezaz may seek an injunction.
• Most complaints can be resolved simply by calling or sending an email.
• We respect all customer rights and opinions and will do our best to keep you happy.
